Roll Off Dumpster Rental in Belgrade and Central Maine

A roll-off set exactly where you want it, on boards so the driveway is how you left it. Fill it on your own time and call when you want it gone.

The detail

Dumpster rental the way it should go

A Brute Waste roll-off is the simple way to clear a house, a remodel or a job site on your own schedule. We bring the can out on a gooseneck trailer, walk the spot with you before anything comes off, and set it down on boards so the asphalt or the lawn is in the same shape when we pick it up. Our container handles the jobs most people are actually calling about: a garage or basement clear out, a bathroom or kitchen tear out, a roof strip, a deck removal, a contractor punch list at the end of a build. You fill it at your own pace over the rental period, and when you are done you call and we haul it. The price you are quoted covers delivery, the rental period and disposal, so the number you agree to on the phone is the number on the invoice. If you are not sure whether what you have will fit, describe the pile and we will tell you straight.

  • Delivery and pickup on a gooseneck trailer, set where you point
  • Boards under the container so the driveway is protected
  • Disposal and tipping fees inside the quoted price
  • A rental period long enough to work at a normal pace
  • A walk of the drop spot before anything comes off the trailer
  • A straight answer on whether your load is going to fit

How it goes

How a dumpster rental job runs

  1. A Brute Waste crew member walking the length of a dumpster to check the drop spot

    Call and describe the job

Tell us the town, the kind of debris and roughly how much. Most quotes are settled on that call.

  2. A Brute Waste dumpster tilting off the back of a gooseneck trailer onto a lawn

    We drop the can

We set it on boards exactly where you want it, clear of the septic, the leach field and the good part of the lawn.

  3. A green Brute Waste roll-off dumpster sitting on grass at the edge of a residential lot

    Fill it on your time

Work at whatever pace suits you across the rental period. Load heavy material low and flat.

  4. A Brute Waste dump trailer raised to tip a load of debris at a transfer station

    Call and it is gone

One call and we come back for it, sweep the spot and take the load to the transfer station.

Will it fit

What goes in one load

Pick the job closest to yours and see roughly how much of a Brute Waste roll-off it takes up. These are honest working estimates from jobs we have actually done, not a chart. If yours sits between two of them, call and describe the pile and we will tell you straight.

Bathroom tear out

Tub, vanity, toilet, tile, backer board and the plaster behind it from a single bathroom.

Deck removal

Boards, joists, rails and posts from a deck around twelve by sixteen feet, cut down to length.

Roof strip

A single layer of asphalt shingles off a typical ranch roof. Shingles are heavy, so this one fills on weight before volume.

Whole house clear out

An estate or full property clear out. Furniture from every room, the attic, the cellar and the barn.

Shed teardown

Sizes and rental pricing are quoted per job on the phone. Tell us the town and roughly what you have and the number you get is the number you pay.

In and out

What goes in, and what cannot

The second list is not us being difficult. Transfer stations will not accept any of it, and some of it is illegal to haul. Call if something you have is not on either list and we will tell you where it needs to go.

Straight answers

Dumpster rental questions

How much space do you need to drop a dumpster?

Roughly sixty feet of straight clearance to back the trailer in and about eleven feet of width, plus room overhead clear of branches and wires. If your driveway is tight, say so on the call and we will come look before booking.

Will it wreck my driveway?

We put boards under the container on every delivery, asphalt or gravel or lawn. That spreads the load and keeps the feet from digging in.

How long do I get to keep it?

The quoted price includes a rental period that suits the job. If you need longer, call before it runs out and we will sort it out rather than surprise you with a fee.

Can I put the dumpster in the street?

Sometimes, and it depends on your town. Street placement usually needs a permit from the town office. Tell us where you want it and we will tell you whether it needs one.

What happens if I overfill it?

The load has to sit level with the top rail so it can be tarped legally for the road. If it is heaped over, we will ask you to pull the high material off before we take it, or we will take a second load.
