Junk removal is the side of the business where you point and we carry. We turn up with the truck and the crew, you show us what goes, and it is out of the house and off the property the same visit. That covers the ordinary stuff, a couch nobody wants, a dead fridge, a garage that has been filling since 2004, and it covers the jobs people put off for years: a full estate clear out after a death in the family, a hoarding situation that needs patience and discretion, a rental unit that has to be empty before a new tenant moves in on Monday. We sort as we load so anything with life left in it has a chance of being donated rather than tipped. You get a flat price before we start lifting, not a running total that climbs while you watch. Nothing is too awkward to ask about, and nothing gets a lecture.

The second list is not us being difficult. Transfer stations will not accept any of it, and some of it is illegal to haul. Call if something you have is not on either list and we will tell you where it needs to go.

Straight answers
Junk removal questions
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
No. That is the whole point of the service. Leave it where it sits and we will get it from there, including upstairs and out of a basement.
How fast can you come?
Often the same week, and sometimes the same day if the crew is already out your way. Call and ask, because it depends entirely on what is on the calendar.
Can you do an estate or a hoarding clear out?
Yes, and we do them regularly. Those jobs go at the pace the family needs, we watch for paperwork and keepsakes as we work, and we keep it discreet.
Do you take appliances?
Yes for most of them. Anything holding Freon, so fridges, freezers and some air conditioners, has to be handled separately, so tell us on the call and we will sort out the right route for it.
What do you do with it all?
Anything still usable we try to get to a donation route. The rest goes to the transfer station and is tipped properly.
